Morrowind is dope but....

i hate constantly having to put the cd in to play the game......and not only that.i just recently scratched it.... so i was wondering if someone could give me a WORKING no cd crack for morrowind........WORKING. and please send directions on how to install and use. im not that big a computer wiz. THANKS FOLKS

I don't think you are allowed to ask for a Crack... am I wrong? Anyway, I own the Morrowind CD, and lent it to my friend. He had no trouble cracking it (He's even completed the main story on the origonal game and the two expansion packs...) Anyway, I suspect he found a crack on www.gamecopyworld.com , perhaps www.*************.com www.megagames.com etc.

If you find a crack on one of those sites, you look for a fixed exe crack, preferably, then just back up the original .exe file in your morrowind directory (change it from morrowind.exe to morrowindbackup.exe , for instance) and put in the new exe you got off the download.

make sure you get a crack for the same version you have (if you've never patched/updated the game this should be v1.00) and make sure you backup the first .exe ,and any other files the crack changes. You may have to try multiple cracks to get a working one.

Last tip - this had me confused for a while. you may get a readme.nfo or crack.nfo with the download. This had me confused fro a while, until I realsied you have to open them in notepad to get them to work. They will probably have step by step instrutions on what to do.
