UltraISO Selfboot files

ey , once again seeking guidance . Umm the latesr UltraISO can make files selfboot does accually work ? And it also has a burner thats uses NeroBurn version 1.0.1.32 Is that a good burner ? And u can only Self boot .BIN files only right ?
