Splinter Cell Double Agent - Crash, broken .exe

Hi everybody. I have a problem with Splinter Cell Double Agent. When I start to open the game, there appears a error messege. "Theres a problem with the scda.exe, the task hast to shut down. do you want to sent a report to microsoft ......" I have no idea why it doesnt work. Does anybody has a piece of advise what might be the problem? I have the newest drivers, and deamon tool and so on. :/ Thx

The exe crashes for me whenever I complete a mission. The crash is after the level completion cutscenes for at least the first three missions, thus far.

This happens with original disc and with a mounted image(FULL) in Daemon Tools . Oh well, wait for the patch, after BF2 1.3 this is cake.

If anyone can isolate it further, post your findings.

BTW: Your'e gonna need SPTD-Driver, V1.35 if your using Daemon Tools so update before you bother with image.

But I have the runtime error all the time, the game doesn't start :/ And yes, newest deamon tool, an the 1.35 driver. I trief the crack i found on the page and it still doesnt work. i dont understand it :/

Seems, that the MSVCRT.DLL makes some problems?

Ive made everything i know (update the graphic-drivers, update the MSVCRT.DLL, virus scan, registry clean...... ) wont work. That error comes everytime.

Have to wait for an patch? Or wait for help from you all? I have the original Game, it will be hard to return it, because i got it from an online-store.

Somebody can help?

Online-stores and Stores in towns,etc are subject to the same laws, that give you the right if software aint working to return within a set time, usually 2 weeks.

Hmm its not so easy. Got big problems with another game (Starforce Protection). The Game-Box were opened and returned and the store wont gave me the money back.

Nobody have an solution for that runtime error problem?

i got some problem here, i mounted, cracked, at first i had that windows error:
"Theres a problem with the scda.exe, the task hast to shut down. do you want to sent a report to microsoft ......"

After rebooting pc it didnt gave that error, it gave the error:

** CRASH **

(i pressed the ok button, then it gave the next little screen

Visual C++ Library Runtime Error,

is anyone experiencing the same, and is there someone who can help me with this problem. tnx allot !
