World of Warcraft. Any Copy protection?

I have purchased two copies of wow. I want to know if there is copy protection for any of the cd's? It may sound stupid why i ask this, but i bought it for a friend and havent had the time to send it out. he wants to use my 10 day free key.

scan using protectionid or aray etc.. as noted in the faq and you could have answered your own question, i think its protected with securom, not 100% sure though

nope only protection is the cd key, and the fact that its subscription based.

***sorry for this topic steal***

If i use a backed up WoW CD set and then use the guest key,
do il have to get the retail cd key to continue to play after that or can i just insert money to my account and continue to play with the ISO's?

first off wow doesnt need cd's in order to be played so you can unmount the iso's and secondly... why the fuck am i answering this its lek 10 years old
