Unhappy starforce

ok i,m trying to understand this protection, i have played and messed around with splinter cell chaos theory and can install and get it runnin from the image very easily on any of my pcs without a prob, quite a few games (newer 1,s) r pretty much the same.but 1 i cannot get to run is world racing 2 !!!!and it is supposed to be as easy as scct.has any1 any ideas for me ???

You should note that while you are browsing around in this forum, a developer from SF may do it too. Whenever there is a way found to bypass the Starforce protection, they also get to know about it. And thats why they update Starforce often. Changes are made from version to version. A working method to bypass the protection of one version may not work with another.

yeh i agree with that,i think it would be an idea as a detterent for the admin to make this forum 'member read only' and not 'guest read',i know it wouldnt solve that issue,but may deter

Wouldn't deter them unless they are to stupid to write down their username and pass. But considering what they have produced, I doubt that anyone on their team can be that stupid.

I would be more concerned if they actually care...
