SecuROM Stronghold 2 backing up question

Does anyone know if ScuRom version 7.00.00.0021 (As used on Stronghold 2), blacklists latest Daemon or Alcohol? Also, can you make an image of this protection as with Safedisc, and play from the backup?

Yeah the us-version has Securom. And it will surely blacklist daemon and co. As in snowblind or updated act of war. Maybe, the old regfix trick still works?
Will test it when I get my own one. But I doubt it will have securom in germany.

G'day mate, out of curiosity what protection do you think will be used for Germany?

When they are smart, they will use starforce, tages or Protect CD 5 Vob modified. Starforce and tages is the ultimate solution. Protect CD 5 Vob modified is workable with some luck and a good burner.
By the way. Stronghold 1 is one of the games, which is installed every time on my pc after I had to format. I hope they kept the flair in Stronghold 2.

Thanks, we dont see tages or Protect CD 5 Vob in Australia! Well I have never come accross it anyway? If it is here, it is used rarely.
