how to install sim city 4 without cd

hey there.

i have a question. i downloaded sim city 4 deluxe edition. i now have two folders, one with cd 1 and one with cd 2. however if i go to the cd1 i can click the setup button and start installing the thing. but it asks to insert cd 2, wich i dont have on a disc, i tried almost anything i can think off, placing both folders together, i am not a big expert with computers or at least installing something i downloaded, so if anybody has some suggestions on how to do it, i'd really appreciate it.
