whats the best n64 emulator for the pc..and what kind of video card should i have and what resolutin settings should i set my screen too? thanx in advance

so project64 is one of the best ou there....ok
 im gonna give that one a try and see how it goes...i thought ultrahle was the best though? and again thanx for ur response.
