Then get a Duo from the site I mentioned above. Cheaper, fewer wires to solder(17) and more reliable than a Magic V.

Duo has zero problems and is direct boot like the Magic V. Some people have reported problems with cd games. jmj2500 is getting red screens here . Trust me, get a Duo.

I know a guy that will solder any chip that you supply for $40. Or he will supply the chip and solder and send back to you. He did my V7 with a DMS3 chip and shipped it back to be in 2 days for $100. Very good indeed!
