burning question...
when backing up certain games that are of a smaller size, I notice a ring on the bottom of the riteks..(a part shiner on the outer part of the dvd-r and a part dimmer on the inner part(i suppose its the burnt part?) )
would there be any advantage, if possible, of burning the data on the outer parts to increase load speed?
