Thanx!

Thanx! That's quite easy! Can you recommend a mod-chip?

Greetz!

"x-ecutor 2 lite" is the best chip out at the moment (in my opinion).

How much are we looking at the price of these chips? And is it easy to install? And does anyone know anyone in the North West who chip X Boxs?

The x-ecutor 2 lite is probably the easiest chip to solder out of them all. If you wait after New Years, the pogo pin extension to the chip will be released (costing extra). It is recommended to people who have no experience in soldering. It is an addon that makes the chip a "no-solder" chip, but is still internal.

Also, there is a chip out now called "xodus. It is somewhat old but is also a no-solder chip. It costs about $60 and doesn't have any bios on it. So unless you know how to flash bios onto chips, i suggest you don't get this one.

only "x-ecutor 2 lite" does, not "x-ecutor 2 pro".

Boot Chip

But that is no problem, I think. If you own a moded XBOX, you just have to flash a bios onto your chip via evo X. Is that right?

yah, but i don't thin kthey have a chipped xbox. So if they have no experiance flashing chips with their pc, then they should get a pre-flashed chip.

You don't need to hook your x-box to your PC to play burned x-box games right? As long as its burned to a dvd-r? And you don't need a hard drive as long as the game is burned to a dvd-r, right?
