DeActiveMark 2.1, but it's not available in the public. (You might search for it, though...)

Ok. I got it now. Is it like a loader or a permanent crack?

A decryptor/unwrapper, I think, so it's a permanent crack.

So I only need to run it once, then the game is unprotected? And what does all the options do? The docs are fairly small.

I doesn't work for me, am I using it wrong? I get a emulator detected yahoo thing.

DEARM has quite a good dumper but it's cracking features are not very good. Thus, it's best to do fixing by hand in OllyDbg.

doesn´t work anymore with ActiveMARK v6, but the tool is good. the cracking process fixes only the most three common checks in active mark games. yeh so sometimes you need to fix some code manually.

I wish they'd write one on correctly fixing imports for OS compatibility

Just for some clarification..
I've just installed the 1.08 update for F.E.A.R.
Does this also update Extraction Point to 1.08 and if so do I need a nocd/dvd fix, mini image as well or can I use the Extraction Point 1.07 fix?

I think the Extraction Point addon started at version 1.07, following the version numbering of the original game.
