Their site is plain wrong. The NEO4 is not a true non-swap solution.
They've got the point about VCDs wrong - there's no software to play them! If you go for anything, take the Messiah - it's the only one guaranteed to do the job without harming your PS2. I hope they know how to install. Get references. Look up JD13 (or JD14) on this forum and ask him if he used these people.
