Any update on the status of an NO-CD exe crack?

OKay folks here's the script.

Thanx to Greensin for the files, but it isn't enough. I can't unpack the game.exe file unless it runs so far. With what I have, it won't.

So, the next best thing is for Dr Apocalypse to upload the dumped and rebuilt game.exe file for me.

Cripsy, there's already a FIXED exe on GCW?

Anyway, I patched my EXE and made a No CD already! If everyone grabs the EXE from GCW the info I provided can help to make a No CD, you just need a HEX Editor!!

Is there a crack that works for this yet? None of the suggestions worked for me. I did find one at astalavista but it didn't work.

Any help is appreciated.

When I copied the contents of CD2 to the directory (cd1), I noticed data2.tag.txt copied instead of data2.tag I had not modified this file when I did the file copy. Changing it back to data2.tag and running the reg fix below worked great for me:

Also I have one more question. When I put the fixed executable from GCW It says What program would I like to use to open this file with. What am I doing wrong. Thanks in advance for any help.
