What exactly does this mean:

Execute the correct PATCHFX-{str}-{nr}.EXE Patch and apply it to: OFP_120_Fixed_Update.exe
Replace the {str} for the found string and replace {nr} for the Patch.

patchfx what? Could someone explain it to me please? i got everything up to this.
