about 7 and a half minutes
i seperated the lzo files and put all of them in one folder the first
put bik in a second
the text files for the bik were put in folder 3
i always use 3 data files

yes thats what i used on it
also i made sure to take out AFR first because it was interfering with it
for some odd reason....
also i do not use an unpack command
i just have
cls-uelr.dll
Timer.exe
unarc.exe
in my installer

i sent you a link for pankers tools in a message he has all the tools i do and even more so in his compressor
as i stated in the message i am learning from his tools and
that i got started by using his masked compressor

bpk+srep make any sense?

If i remember right srep does change nothing in size after bpk was applied.

^Depends on the input, in this case bpk only gives 386 MB.

Yeah Andu21 is right, it depends, sometimes srep can give you few MB`s.
