If you're planning to use it as a custom install to your system it is fine, on the contrary if you are planning to share the backup installations in internet, then it's no good.

runtime errors MAY be on certain peoples systems if they don't have freearc installed in OS, as well as most common redists DX, C++ 2005->2015 BOTH versions if running x64
