If you're planning to use it as a custom install to your system it is fine, on the contrary if you are planning to share the backup installations in internet, then it's no good.:)

runtime errors MAY be on certain peoples systems if they don't have freearc installed in OS, as well as most common redists DX, C++ 2005->2015 BOTH versions if running x64

I have all the components mentioned by pakrat2k2, and still get the same errors ...latest DirectX, latest C++ 2015 14.0.23918.
