You can use following set of softwares:
1. Ravoli Game Tools 2. quickBMS 3. HyperRipper 4. Avalanche Game Explorer 5. And other studio/engine specific tools.......

you can also use Rad tools and vgmtoolbox Scaleform usm packer to make lossy compression to games. Like bink videos recude bit rate etc
