any body know how to unpack game files . is there any software for unpacking game files

This does not exist! for each file type has its own software! obshego software is not!

You can use following set of softwares:
1. Ravoli Game Tools 2. quickBMS 3. HyperRipper 4. Avalanche Game Explorer 5. And other studio/engine specific tools....... |

you can also use Rad tools and vgmtoolbox Scaleform usm packer to make lossy compression to games. Like bink videos recude bit rate etc
