If I remember correctly, I had similar (maybe even the same) problem on my second computer (not the laptop which I use for conversions) when I've tried to do some conversions on it. No matter what I did I couldn't do any conversion, so after a while I just quit

To be dual language: English and Polish or just Polish? If you want only Polish, open .lst file and change English to Polish. If you want to add Polish along with the English, just add it to the .lst file you wish. I suggest DVD2 since there is more space

At the time of making this installer, game only supported 3 languages. I'll update the installer

I don't know, to be honest. Check if the .lst files match the game files from Enhanced Edition, but I doubt it.
