ubisoft game launcher silent install parameters are wrong... here you have the correct ones so there's no need for user interaction on ubisoft game launcher install

change on Setup.ini

to
LaunchArg3=/s /v"/qn"

Yes, you can do. Burn the results in 2xDVD9.

Droppo is correct just a typo!

LaunchArg3=/s /v "/qn"

As a test uninstall UbisoftGameLauncher, then run a command prompt to redist folder, ubisoftgamelauncher /s /v "/qn" , this installs the game launcher with NO windows showing at all.

not
/s /v"/qn"

I will added this fix with patch 1.4 in few days.

Successfully convert to 2xDVD 5 (with recompressed BIKS) with DVD1: 4.32 GB, DVD 2: 2.1 GB

Edit: After several trial and error which I don't know the reason is, the game runs perfectly in Win 7 x64 SP1 (I included update 1.1 preinstalled), after that I install update 1.2 and 1.3 manually

nothing to do with biks. you uninstalled original game, make sure to reinstall required pre-requisites for the game.

try reading thru whole topic, there is a reg fix post #29, that will then allow you to update your game. Then update your conversion files ( setup.ini etc) with the latest version posted.

I've always done that including this one before installing games from conversion, but then it's still.
Edit: Success installation after separating update 1.2 and 1.3 from conversion
