Weird,my archive is < 4gb, windows exe limitation?

Try this trick:

1) Convert sfx archive to normal archive (DiRT3_arc.arc)

2) Rename freearc.sfx to DiRT3_arc.exe

And then put both files in 'DiRT3_DVD5' folder
