Homm5 2.1 'proper' no-dvd?

I just saw this one and I wonder what is the fix. I'd use it anyway except I get a H5HoF201_hotfigz.7z file that does not replace the original exe and the instructions don't mention something on making it work.

I hope someone knows

7z is a pack-format. Use 7zip to unpack it.
