No sound in Bioshock

Hi, i have install Bioshock without problems
I start the game, i have sound in the menu and in the intro video, but when the game bigin, i have no sound
I have update all my driver and DX, etc, ..., always no sound
I'm under Vista, my motherboard is a asrock 4core dual vsta with onboard audio and is the first time i have a prob like this
Can someone help me ?

Edit : ok i solve the prob, just need to start the game in win xp sp2 compatibility mode

starting it on win xp sp2 compatability mode is a bit strange
im running it in vista no problems, i suspect you might have a driver issue, so 'solved' isnt really true in this case, its more like a 'workaround'
