Well the file is not a crack. I tried first installing from my backup, applied the RLD crack to start the game once, reverted to original .exe. Patched the game, tried to start it. It says "no disc inserted". Applied the file, still the same message.
Uninstalled the game, installed from my original disc, started it once with CD in drive, patched, tried to play - no problems. Applied this file, the game started for me. Removed the CD and tried to play, no go. Long story short, this is not a NoCD or FixedEXE.
