Tao or Bin images

hi does anybody know how to open a TAO or BIN image i try to open it with isobuster but the only thing i get is track 1 file the says tao
i try to extract it agan now says bin track 1 i try again to open it with isobust and win iso. error wrong format can any help me out with this post
