OK, must be a stupid question but...
Hey guys,
I understand that it is legal to make copys of your official store bought games, and I also understand that you can indeed download games from somewhere as well. That is illegal. My question is, what if you own a game, do not own a dvd reader or writer, and want to back it up? Can you find the game on the internet, download it and store it? Since you do own the game? SOrry if thats a retarted question, and I know that obviously, you dont need a dvd rom to use HDD loader and all that, but is it technically illegal to download a backup of a game, if you are unaable to make your own.(having the original disk) |
