Disk read error on all disks...can anyone help.
Hi i have searched the forum, but nothing has answered my question..
I recently bought a duo2 se chip. After a few problems i had it working on DVD and PSX backups, but not PS2 after chatting to a few people and checking my wiring i found that i had a wire in the wrong place. After i changed it and put it back together...nothing works not even my originals. It keeps coming up with DISK READ ERROR. This has turned into a nightmare that i cannot fix....Help!!! Can anyone out there help me with this as it has taken me ages to get this far. I have tried laser cleaning but it says disk error on that aswell. Thanks for all help given.... Brett |

Completely remove the modchip. Clean up the soldered areas checking for bridges and solder splashes, then hopefully the console will work. If so start over with the install
