Disk read error on all disks...can anyone help.
 

Hi i have searched the forum, but nothing has answered my question..

I recently bought a duo2 se chip. After a few problems i had it working on DVD and PSX backups, but not PS2 after chatting to a few people and checking my wiring i found that i had a wire in the wrong place. After i changed it and put it back together...nothing works not even my originals. It keeps coming up with DISK READ ERROR. This has turned into a nightmare that i cannot fix....Help!!!
Can anyone out there help me with this as it has taken me ages to get this far. I have tried laser cleaning but it says disk error on that aswell.

Completely remove the modchip. Clean up the soldered areas checking for bridges and solder splashes, then hopefully the console will work. If so start over with the install
