I'm almost positive there is a another thread regarding logitech controllers here..... Anyway one of my v1 logitech controllers is also messed up (same problem with the analog, good thing it's only the right one). I would suggest picking up the v2 logitech controllers. It's smaller, lighter, and it looks nicer. It got good reviews from online sites (Can't think of any right now, but I know it got good reviews). I'm picking up 2 of the new logitech controllers when I get back home.
