hmm not too happy with the riteks right now they have very high PI levels 1st burnt one has 100-200, updated my firmware and burnt another one 30-70 PI. i think i will go back to verbatim 10-20 PI

You use a liteon don't you?

Yes you do. There is your problem. My pioneer burns Ritek at .05 PI errors. PO are like 100 total, in the entire disc.

Hola, I'm kinda curoius.. How do you check the PI and PO levels? interested in testing it myself on my LG burner and the discs I use. (Mostly RItek G04)

you use kprobe but you can only scan with liteon drivers

Liteon drive is his problem? It wholly depends on which model he is using, but I have a Liteon 832S Dual Layer burner (Fw VS0B) and my PI/PO error rates are just like yours...
