How do you find which MoD chip you have?

OK I have tried using the latest Craxation V4 and still the game Galleon will not work.

Kernel Version is 1.00.5101.01

Using nero the burn the game at 1 speed as I have always done on the other games. Just does not seem to recognise that the CD is in there
