Cool chip help

yo, i know of a place that is trying to persuade me to get a neo 2.5, but i am unsure if i want that chip. I live in the U.S. The recent nova chip sounds good cuz it can play imports. I so want to play The Keisatsukan(police 911), Resident Evil: Gun Survivor 2, wipeout fusion, onimusha 2 and tekken 4 and the place i mentioned has backups of these games(cdr and dvdr backups) and gets new ones every week. but i need to know what chip is best suited for my ps2? i bought my ps2 the first day it came out, oct 26, 2000(and no dre since) and is schp 30001. my serial starts off like this vU03*****, i think i have a version 2 board. what is the best chip you guys think? btw that place is offering to install neo 2.5 for $80 (i think is a rip)

thanx,

teamlupin

it is.

the nova chip is an origa clone, either that or an original origa would be the best bet for you, especially since you want to play imports. neo chips don't do imports.
