Unhappy Warlords Battlecry III Problem with Cd key

I have a problem with an CD-Key of Warlords Battlecry III the message appears
The Disk you entered does not correspondent to the disk in your drive.
Make sure you use the correct Disk key...
Does that mean that the Cd-Key is only valid with one CD ore that he cant play with an emulation CD (I use Deamon Tools)

[Offensive Remark Removed by BarryB]

All CD Key issues/messages should be taken up with the company or publisher who's game it is, not by this forum!

Read the Board Rules, Rule 3.

A whole lot of assuming going on to call him a warez kiddie...

How was the image made?
Does the original CD successfully start the game?

It was a sarcastic comment granted, but CD Key issues should still be directed at the game company. If the disc is faulty they should be able to help, or replace it!

How many topics get closed because of discussing CD Keys/Serials?

I dont read anywhere that hes asking for or bypassing a CDkey. CD-key has also taken on dual meanings with the newer copy protections. One that you enter, and one thats factory burnt on the CD.

OK, i've ammended my first reply and say 'sorry' to Nineball, hope that is acceptable?

Now, if the person is having issues related to CD Keys or CD Keys burned at the factory, then surely the best people to ask are the publishers?

His post suggests he's using an image mounted in Daemon Tools, that's why I thought 'warez'. If it's an image of his original, then it might be the new Postscribed ID thingy Sony is introducing, which means it probably can't be emulated yet, therefore just stick to using the original CD and don't try running it from a CD/DVD burner!
