I didnt even know the name of the protection. Thanks for that. Maybe I can find anything on the web that sorts this out. Although I dont believe it...
 Edit: For all you German speaking users: click So you should create an image of the game-cd and mount it with Daemon. Afterwards you disconnect all your IDE CD and DVD drives. Now the game will start. Some people say it might even be sufficient to just deactivate the drives in your hardware manager (XP). Well, for me thats too much of work.
