Sure. Just not on your PS2.
Ok ok. There's a product that lets you stream video from your PC to the PS2, but it requires: - PS2 Network Adapter ($25+) - This special CD/card combo ($50+) - A hub/switch ($20+) - A PC conveniently close to your PS2 ($500+) Why not install a Mod chip? - Gurm

All you need is a mod and PS2 Reality Player. Much easier.
