I have also started using the Duo chip for all machines upto & including v7. Now, mine boot direct from the browser with no problems whatsoever, but speaking to dust4dust, he's found that they DON'T boot from the browser (as Dustpuppy has discovered).
Now we both bought our stock from different suppliers, so maybe they have been cloned already! I can't say who we bought them from, but mine came from HK & his from Portugal. Dust now has some of my Duo's so we'll see after xmas whether he encounters the same problem with my supplier, as he did with his.
