Removing Neo 2.2 / Installing Magic 3.1 /PS 2 V3

Mhh, I still don't have the motherboard off. I undid all the screws like you told me. I can see the top of the motherboard, where I have detached all the cables and where the Neo 2.2 is still soldered to. As far as I know, I only have to get the board out so that I can solder the "S" point for the Magic 3.1, maybe there's an alternative solder point on the top?

If not:

the only screws left are 4 golden ones on the motherboard, they are fixed pretty tight so I have to wait for my buddy to come over to my place with a better screwdriver.

But let me ask this before he's there, will those 4 screws be all? My PS 2 is now lying on its top, will I have to turn it again and remove the top case as well? What will I have to detach then to get my motherboard out?
