Magic 3 Newbie

Don't do it. I repeat, don't do it.

I had installed 2 neo 2.5 chips before, so I figured I'd give the magic 3 a wirl. It was a very daunting task, taking me nearly 2-3 hours to complete.

If you read my other posts, you'll notice that after several days of having the chip, I still can't get a dvd backup to work. Whether or not the problem is in my install, I'll never know. But I'm taking the magic 3 out right now.

If you buy a mod chip, have it installed by a pro, period.
