I've readed just here in the forum that SONY has a exclusive-Contract for 4 Years of all the GTA-Stuff !!!
But I don't know if it's correct....

Theres two stories going around at the moment...
1: Vice City is in the works for the PC and will be released 6 months after the PS2 version (Around April next year). Same situation as GTA 3. That Sony 'Exclusive' deal is only supposed to be for consoles. 2: That Sony Exclusive deal is a blanket agreement between Sony & Take 2 meaning no Vice City for anyone other then PS2 owners

Vice city 4 pc
In reply to your question about vice city coming out on the pc i can tell you this. I have brought the new Pc zone mag yesterday (issue 124 January 2003)and inside it reckons vice city will be released "Q1 2003". the mag also come with a rolling demo of vice city but i havent watched it yet so i dont no if the demo is a px2 or pc build. I have got this mag 4 ages and must say its rearly wrong.

Rockstar has said, on multiple occasions, that the exclusive to Sony relates only to consoles.
They've said in interviews that the PC version would be ~6 months after the PS2 release...so April 2003 sounds about right.
