Vice city for pc?
 

Anyone know if vice city will be released for pc?? just wondering:)

I've readed just here in the forum that SONY has a exclusive-Contract for 4 Years of all the GTA-Stuff !!!

But I don't know if it's correct....

Theres two stories going around at the moment...

1: Vice City is in the works for the PC and will be released 6 months after the PS2 version (Around April next year). Same situation as GTA 3. That Sony 'Exclusive' deal is only supposed to be for consoles.
2: That Sony Exclusive deal is a blanket agreement between Sony & Take 2 meaning no Vice City for anyone other then PS2 owners :D

In reply to your question about vice city coming out on the pc i can tell you this. I have brought the new Pc zone mag yesterday (issue 124 January 2003)and inside it reckons vice city will be released "Q1 2003". the mag also come with a rolling demo of vice city but i havent watched it yet so i dont no if the demo is a px2 or pc build. I have got this mag 4 ages and must say its rearly wrong.

Im unsure if this is true (cause my daddy always told me not to belive everything i read in the papers)

Rockstar has said, on multiple occasions, that the exclusive to Sony relates only to consoles.

They've said in interviews that the PC version would be ~6 months after the PS2 release...so April 2003 sounds about right.
