I have this problem with MOHAA cracked or not - it's a real pain. If you're competent editing the registry then goto Start > Run then type regedit
Locate and delete this key hkey_local_machines\software\microsoft\windows\cur rent version\uninstall\(odea94ed-915a-4834-a87e-38 8d012c8e02 You should now be able to install the game again.
