Anyway, try reinstalling, patching to 1.04f, testing that, if it works apply the crack. If it still doesn't work, could you try
these cracks ? I know, yours is probably one of these, but try them all to be certain. Try the razor 1911 fixed exe on that page too, I want to know whether all cracks crash. On another note, do you play any other games ? Do you have any other crashes in those games ? And check
this thread out. In this thread, someone mentioned that his Civ3:PTW demanded a weird dll, IFC23.DLL. I gave him a link to a setup including that DLL, could you try it too ? It's a long shot, but that's all I can think of for the moment.
