Can you read english ?
You did the correct thing when you typed the additional "code" into the Poperties of the MAX PAYNE short cut, apart from like someone prior to me has said you included ' for no apparent reason:
"'c:\programfiles\maxpayne\maxpayne.exe"-developer' Rather Than: "c:\programfiles\maxpayne\maxpayne.exe" -developer all you need to do is put that line into your shortcut's properties target frame... if this is in there you do not require that txt document file that you can download. hope you get it right Maty
