If you go with a Xenium Ice, you can use the integrated tools to do the hard drive upgrade. It's a simple step by step process that anyone could accomplish very easily. It's not the cheapest chip, but not the most expensive either.

The features/dollar make this the only choice for me. With the built in OS, it is virtually fool proof. Bad BIOS flash, no problem. Boot to the OS and flash in a new one. Need to get set up with a dash, no problem. It has built in ftp and SMB support. Add your files to your drive and your good to go. No need for slayers or any other installer disk.

I'm no pro, but I've done about 10 with zero problems so far. Get the Xenium along with the latest X2 BIOS (5031) and you'll be all set for any size drive you want to add.
