I think we all got majorly sidetracked on the warez issue here.
This is clearly a tech support question. When tech support fails to help you, go to the place you "purchased" it from and ask for your money back or a different copy, or store credit. Read the rules. Even if someone is rude to you, never be rude back (and that's not just for posting) Out of curiosity though , where did you get your copy of it?
