Jap Imports
I have a v3 PS2 with a messiah 2 modchip. I itching to get GT4 ive found it on import for release ay the end of the month. There is a japanese and chinese version do they have english on them or will I need a translator? Know of any good sites for import games? Thanx

The likelyhood is that some text will be in english and some in Japanese. As for speech....good luck, not likely in english.
Best advice is to sit on yr money and buy the game at normal retail price (not vastly inflated import price) and get full value for money (not some japanese girl screaming in yr ear while u drivin round).

Well in the past they have had enough english to be able to play their games fairly comfortably. As for an english patch, that is highly doubtful because in the past GT games are made differently and normal patches dont work with them. So there have never been any GT patches. Not even Pal2Ntsc or vice versa.
