Playing Imports (Winning 11 5)

Right - please can somebody tell me - do I need to patch PS2 imports (sure I do) and with which program? Then which method do I use to run? Im using AR2 1.1 Neo2 PS2 3003 (Pal). Thanks - if you can help!
