The thing is, is that I already have a firewire card so should i get the firewire Pioneer or the USB Pioneer, but keep in mind that the USB I have is USB 1.

easy enough! Firewire Pioneer USB1 is too slow and I think the USB Pioneer will work only work on USB2. not positive on that though. For sure the firewire will be your best option.

Perfect that is what I wanted to know. So does this look like a good one to get?
